Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using MusicGenerater.com, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you disagree with any part of these terms, you may not access the service.

Description of Service

MusicGenerater.com is an AI-powered music generation platform that allows users to create original music tracks using artificial intelligence. Our service includes:

AI music generation from text prompts
Various music genres and styles
High-quality audio downloads
Commercial use rights for content generated on a paid plan
User account management and track library

Models we use. Songs, vocals and the editing tools are produced by third-party AI models that we access through API providers. All output is AI-generated. Our content rules, and how to report content, are in the Acceptable Use Policy.

User Accounts

Account Creation

You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.

Account Responsibility

You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

Prohibited Content and Conduct

Music has always dealt with difficult subjects, and we do not want to get in the way of that. A murder ballad, a breakup song, a protest song and a war requiem are all legitimate work and are welcome here. What follows is a list of things that are not. You may not use the service to request, generate, upload, or distribute:

Sexually explicit material or nudity, including pornographic lyrics, descriptions, or artwork.
Anything sexualising a minor. This is an absolute limit. We report suspected child sexual abuse material to the appropriate authorities and to the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children.
The voice, likeness, or identity of a real person without their consent, including voice cloning, deepfakes, and tracks presented as the work of a real artist.
Harassment or bullying, including content targeting an identifiable private individual.
Graphic violence, self-harm, terrorism, or animal cruelty, including content that promotes, glorifies, or provides instructions for any of these.
Hate speech or discrimination against people on the basis of race, ethnicity, national origin, religion, disability, sex, gender identity, or sexual orientation.
Impersonation of another person, business, or organisation, including passing our output off as theirs.
Content that infringes intellectual property or privacy rights, including uploading recordings you do not have the rights to.
Anything else unlawful in the jurisdiction where you are, or where the content is distributed.

You also may not attempt to reverse engineer or interfere with our systems, use scripts, bots or other automated tools to generate content, share an account with other people, evade usage limits by creating multiple accounts, or resell access to the service without written authorisation. Unlimited plans are for the account holder's own creative use.

Enforcement

Automated Screening

Every prompt, style description, title, and set of lyrics you submit is screened automatically before it is processed. Requests that appear to breach the section above are refused, and are not sent to our model providers.

Our Rights

We reserve the right, without prior notice, to refuse any request, to remove or disable access to any content, to suspend or terminate any account, and to report unlawful activity to the appropriate authorities. Credits and subscription payments are not refunded when an account is terminated for breaching this section.

Appeals

If you believe your account was suspended in error, email support@musicgenerater.com and we will review it. Automated filters are imperfect, and we would much rather fix a wrong call than leave it standing. Tell us the email address on the account and roughly what you were trying to make.

Intellectual Property Rights

Generated Content

You retain ownership of music tracks generated using our service, subject to the terms of our underlying model providers. Tracks you generate while on a paid plan — an active subscription, — may be used, modified and distributed for personal and commercial purposes, and this right continues after your plan ends. Tracks generated on the free plan are for personal, non-commercial use only; upgrading later does not make earlier free-plan tracks commercial. You are responsible for making sure your prompts, lyrics and any audio you upload do not infringe anyone else's rights.

Platform Content

Our platform, including the AI models, interface, and branding, remains our intellectual property. You may not copy, modify, or distribute these elements.

Payment and Billing

Free and Paid Plans

We offer both free and paid subscription plans. Free plans include basic features, while paid plans provide enhanced capabilities and priority support.

Billing Terms

Subscription fees are billed in advance on a monthly or yearly basis. Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period at the then-current price until you cancel. You can cancel at any time from Settings → Manage subscription; cancelling stops the next renewal and your plan stays active until the end of the period already paid for. We will give at least 30 days' notice before changing the price of an existing subscription.

Who Processes Your Payment

Orders are processed by Waffo Pancake (Waffo.com Limited), which acts as our merchant of record: it sells the order to you and handles payment and sales tax. Your card statement will show WAFFO or WAFFO PANCAKE. If you have a question about a charge, email support@musicgenerater.com first — we can usually sort it out faster than your bank.

Refunds

A first subscription payment can be refunded in full once per customer if you ask within 3 days of paying, have used no more than 25 credits (no more than 10 songs on the Unlimited plan) and have not downloaded any files. Renewals are not refunded. Credit top-ups are available to active subscribers; top-up credits never expire and remain usable after you cancel, while downloads, commercial use and Pro features follow your plan. Top-ups can be refunded within 14 days if none of their credits have been used. Free credits from sign-up and check-ins have no cash value. The details are in our Refund Policy.

Service Availability

We strive to maintain high service availability but cannot guarantee uninterrupted access. We may temporarily suspend service for maintenance, updates, or technical issues. We are not liable for any losses resulting from service interruptions.

Disclaimers and Limitations

Service Disclaimer

Our service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee the quality, accuracy, or suitability of generated content for any specific purpose.

Limitation of Liability

Our liability is limited to the amount you paid for the service in the 12 months prior to the incident. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

Indemnity

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold us harmless from any claim, demand, loss, liability, or expense (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your use of the service, the content you upload or generate, your breach of these terms, or your violation of any third party's rights. You are responsible for making sure that what you create here is lawful where you intend to use it.

Termination

Ending the Agreement

Either party may terminate this agreement at any time. If you close your account, or if we end your access for a reason other than a breach of the Prohibited Content and Conduct section, tracks you have already downloaded remain yours to use under the licence described above.

Termination for Breach

Where an account is terminated for breaching the Prohibited Content and Conduct section, we may also remove or disable access to content generated through that account, including tracks already produced. We keep the underlying records so that an appeal can be reviewed. Content already delivered to third parties, or held on a model provider's infrastructure, is outside our control.

Dispute Resolution

Any disputes arising from these terms shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with applicable laws. You agree to resolve disputes individually and not as part of a class action.

Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms of Service at any time. Material changes will be communicated via email or platform notifications. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
